We’re delighted to welcome you to the newly refurbished The Hub!

The Hub has been refreshed to create a more welcoming, comfortable and flexible space for everyone.  As well as being somewhere to work, we’d love it to be a place where you can meet and catch up with colleagues, collaborate away from your desk, or simply take some time out and relax together.

Whether you’re having an informal chat over a coffee, catching up with someone from another team, getting together to share ideas, or just taking a break from your desk, we hope The Hub becomes a space that everyone can enjoy.

There are also two pods available for when you need a quieter space for a call, some focused work or a small meeting.  These can be booked through the normal room booking system:

• Pod 1 – one-person pod
• Pod 2 – two-person pod

Cinema meeting room, now called Blue Peter, and Music, now called The Green Wing can also be booked as normal through the room booking system.  The new names will be updated shortly on the intranet.  Instructions on how to use the new tech in the meeting rooms are framed and live on the console tables.

A few friendly reminders to help us keep The Hub looking its best:

• Please do not eat in the pods or meeting rooms
• Please help us keep The Hub clean and tidy for everyone
• If you move any chairs around while meeting or relaxing with colleagues, please put them back where you found them afterwards
• Please leave the pods and meeting rooms as you would like to find them for the next person

The Hub is there for all of us to enjoy, so please make the most of the new space
