I am often accused of being old fashioned but, last week, Josh Mills did the very old fashioned thing of booking up a day out on the road in Birmingham, seeing clients.
He had 4 appointments and walked away with 2 contracts for the NEC show and is waiting on confirmation from a 3rd.
As of now, the Grand Designs sales team are consciously booking up face to face appointments!
