A Grand day out
To celebrate the huge success of Grand Designs Live London, The Grand Designs Live Portfolio team had a day out in Windsor.
The theme was most definitely Royal as we kicked the day off with a leisurely crawl around historic Windsor pubs and once suitably oiled, took a River Taxi along the Thames for an evening of style and glamour enjoying the sport of Kings at Windsor Races.
After 6 races and some frantic bookie action, the big winners were Steve Tabbron and Dan Durrant; the most consistent was Matt Smith and Gill Cola who lost on every race. Whilst the biggest loser was easily Josh Mills who despite a strong start, saw the alcohol take its toll resulting in a spectacular £200 loss!
As the sun went down and a few more drinks the team moved to the other side of the tracks to see Madness where the highlight was Dave Bex Moon stomping like a man possessed.
A Grand team celebrating a Grand result!
